Alf Svensson 'Kontur' Chair
High back armchair with a beautiful streamlined form designed by Swedish designer, Alf Svensson, for Fritz Hansen in 1957. Known as the 'Kontour' chair, the profile of the back illustrates Svensson's clever attention to ergonomics, whilst a discreet mechanism under the seat allows the chair to be adjusted to two positions: upright to reclining.
Those photos with the grey background show this model of chair that we have upholstered and sold previously - as apparent, the chair we have available requires reupholstery. Price includes reupholstery in a fabric you can select from our books.
When upright: W: 72cm // D: 80cm // H: 107cm (SH: 37cm)
When reclining: W: 72cm // D: 90cm // H: 93cm (SH: 39cm)
